He burst onto the global scene with his 2015 debut My Favorite Things on Motéma Music and has since released seven acclaimed albums across Motéma\, Verve Records\, and Mack Avenue Records. Alexander has earned three GRAMMY nominations\, including Best Instrumental Album for My Favorite Things and Best Improvised Jazz Solo for “Giant Steps” and “Countdown.” His albums My Favorite Things and Countdown both reached #1 on the Billboard Jazz Charts\, while Eclipse climbed to #3.
