DESCRIPTION:The excitement is growing daily about New England’s premier blues band\, The Blues Express. The Blues Express delivers a high-energy wallop of dynamic original tunes\, along with some of the blues classics they learned from their mentor and friend\, Chicago Blues legend Luther ‘Guitar Junior’ Johnson. The Blues Express is bassist\, vocalist and guardian of the groove Mickey ‘The Messenger’ Maguire\, the teenage sensation Nick ‘Old Soul’ Spencer on mind-blowing guitar and powerhouse vocals\, the rivetingly inventive Harrison Foti and the dynamic Magic Sebastian Keen on drums\, and the multitalented\, world-class\, world-traveling saxophonist Pat Herlehy. The band recorded its first album with legendary blues producer Tom Hambridge in Nashville in March.
