WHAT IS YOUR COVID-19 SAFETY POLICY?
At Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club entry into ALL shows will require attendees to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within the last 72 hours OR full COVID-19 vaccination. In addition, face coverings are suggested to be worn except when seated in your ticketed seats. Please visit our COVID-19 SAFETY PAGE for the latest update on our Covid-19 Safety Policy. Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club takes everyone’s health and safety very seriously and we will do everything we can to protect it.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. If you’re not feeling well, please stay home and get well. By visiting our establishment, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

The Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club Box Office is open from 11 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. Types of payment accepted are cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Credit card purchase requires valid matching photo ID. Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club tickets are also available through our website under our EVENT CALENDAR or through Ticketmaster.com.
IS YOUR VENUE ADA ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club is ADA accessible. We accommodate all of our guests who may need ADA accessible seating. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact our Box Office Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 888.603.JAZZ. Please note it is unlawful for anyone, other than those with a disability or that guest’s companion, to use tickets for disabled seating locations (unless such areas have been released for general seating). It is encouraged that guests who require accessible accommodations arrive 30 minutes prior to doors opening – doors open 2 hours prior to scheduled showtimes.

Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club offers two options for ticketing – Electronic Ticketing which is provided by Ticketmaster or Printed Tickets issued by Jimmy’s Box Office or Ticketmaster. If there are any additional questions or concerns please contact our Box Office at email@example.com. A photo ID is required to check in and everyone must comply with our COVID-19 Safety Protocols.
HOW LONG BEFORE A SHOW DO DOORS OPEN AND I CAN SIT DOWN?
At Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club your seats are typically available to you 2 hours prior to the show – which is when doors open – unless otherwise specified by Jimmy’s prior to the event.

IS THERE A FOOD OR DRINK MINIMUM?
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTED ITEMS WHICH WOULD PREVENT ME FROM ENTERING?
Yes, the following items are not permitted at Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club:
- No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
- Replicas of weapons also are NOT permitted.
- No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind.
- No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
- No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs).
- No outside food & beverage allowed.
- No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm.
- No bags will be allowed if outside of the bag policy.
- No stuffed animals or toys of any kind.
This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of management.
IS THERE SECURITY PRESENT AT ALL SHOWS BEYOND THE VENUE STAFF?
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
We do offer Valet Parking for a $25 fee. Guest interested in the Valet Parking service must pull into the Worth Lot which is located at the back of the Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club building. The back of Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club is the only building in Worth Lot which is all glass from ground level to the roof. Parking attendants will provide you a valet parking ticket upon arrival which will be required to retrieve your car after the show.
