WHEN IS THE BOX OFFICE OPEN?

The Box Office is open for walk-in and phone sales Tuesday through Saturday, 11AM – 6PM. On Sundays with an evening performance, the Box Office will be open for walk-in and phone sales from 2PM – 6PM. Otherwise, the Box Office is closed Sunday and Monday. The Box Office is open for ticketholders at every performance, from when doors open through the end of the show.

IS YOUR VENUE ADA ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club is ADA accessible. We accommodate all of our guests who may need ADA accessible seating. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact our Box Office Manager at boxoffice@jimmysoncongress.com or call us at 888.603.JAZZ. Please note it is unlawful for anyone, other than those with a disability or that guest’s companion, to use tickets for disabled seating locations (unless such areas have been released for general seating). It is encouraged that guests who require accessible accommodations arrive 30 minutes prior to doors opening – doors open 2 hours prior to scheduled showtimes.

DO YOU ALLOW SERVICE DOGS DURING PERFORMANCES?

While we do allow service dogs during performances, we ask that you inform the Box Office within 24 hours of the performance to ensure we can properly accommodate both you and your service dog.

WHERE DO GUESTS WHO NEED ADA ACCESSIBLE SEATING ENTER THE BUILDING?
All guests who need ADA Accessible seating at Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club must enter through the back of the building which is called Worth Lot. The back of Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club is the only building in Worth Lot which is all glass from ground level to the roof. CAN I ATTEND AN EVENT IF I AM UNDER 21?
Yes, Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club is open to all ages. If under 21, we ask that you do not choose seats at the bar nor consume alcohol.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET PURCHASE?
Unless otherwise noted, at Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club your ticket price only includes admission to the event. Dinner and drinks are not included but are available for purchase at your ticketed seats.
WHEN IS DINNER SERVED? IS IT SERVED DURING THE SHOW AT YOUR TABLE? DO YOU NEED A RESERVATION?

We often have two shows a night, so you’ll have to check whether you are attending the early show or the late show, or if there is only one show that night.

If you are coming for the early show, you are welcome to come two hours before showtime with no reservation. You will be seated for dinner at the same location of your show tickets. There is full table/bar service throughout the entire show.

If you are coming for the late show, since there is a show in progress beforehand, doors open 30 minutes in advance. You will be able to enjoy full dinner service during the show.

WHAT DO I NEED TO GUARANTEE MY RESERVATION?
Your tickets serve as your reservation automatically. You do not need an additional reservation to have dinner and/or eat and drink at your seats for the show, which will be held for you until the end of the show. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or credits.
I BOUGHT TICKETS TO A SHOW BUT CANNOT MAKE IT. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
Unfortunately, all ticket sales at Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club are final and we do not issue refunds, transfers or credit. However, do check with the Box Office and discuss your particular situation.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN EVENT IS CANCELED?
In the event of a cancelation or postponement, an email notification will be sent to ticket holders with information on what to do with their tickets. Please contact boxoffice@jimmysoncongress.com with any questions or concerns.
WHAT DO I USE AS MY TICKET?

Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club offers two options for ticketing – Electronic Ticketing which is provided by Ticketmaster or Printed Tickets issued by Jimmy’s Box Office or Ticketmaster. If there are any additional questions or concerns please contact our Box Office at boxoffice@jimmysoncongress.com. A photo ID is required to check in and everyone must comply with our COVID-19 Safety Protocols.

HOW LONG BEFORE A SHOW DO DOORS OPEN AND I CAN SIT DOWN?

At Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club your seats are typically available to you 2 hours prior to the show – which is when doors open – unless otherwise specified by Jimmy’s prior to the event.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RUN LATE? WILL I LOSE MY SEATS?
Your seats will be held for you until the end of the show. We will never give your seats away.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Yes, Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club suggests “business casual” dress for a night of outstanding music, excellent cuisine, and great wine and cocktails. When the dress code is business casual, it’s not appropriate to wear your favorite old torn t-shirt, ripped jeans, ratty sneakers, or flip-flops. We do reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
DO YOU HAVE A FULL BAR?
Yes, we sure do! We have a full bar including a full wine list, signature cocktails, and premium liquor as well as beers and traditional cocktails for you to enjoy!
IS THERE A FOOD OR DRINK MINIMUM?
Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club does not require a minimum on food or drink, but a full menu and bar selection is available throughout the show.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTED ITEMS WHICH WOULD PREVENT ME FROM ENTERING?

Yes, the following items are not permitted at Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club:

  • No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
  • Replicas of weapons also are NOT permitted.
  • No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind.
  • No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
  • No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs).
  • No outside food & beverage allowed.
  • No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm.
  • No stuffed animals or toys of any kind.

This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of management.

IS THERE SECURITY PRESENT AT ALL SHOWS BEYOND THE VENUE STAFF?
Yes, Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club has security professionals present at every show.
