BUYING YOUR TICKETS ONLINE
If you can’t make it to the Box Office at Jimmy’s Jazz and Blues Club to purchase tickets for an upcoming show, or our box office phone is closed, this link to our page on Ticketmaster is available to you 24/7. Jimmy’s Box Office and Ticketmaster uses the same ticketing system. You may only use one service at a time to complete a ticket purchase. Fees and charges differ based on how you order your tickets. Ticketmaster has both a service and facility fee, whereas the Box Office only charges a facility fee. All ticketing is done through Ticketmaster using digital eTickets.
TICKET REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Tickets & Fees are non-refundable and all sales are final. This includes tickets purchased through the box office, Jimmy’s phone services & online through Ticketmaster. We do not offer seat changes or upgrades. For extenuating circumstances, please call.
TICKETING FEE
TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE THROUGH TICKETMASTER.COM
A facility and service fee is added to each ticket purchased through Ticketmaster’s E-Delivery Online System. Verified Resale Tickets also have fees attached to each sale separate from the facility and service fee.
TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH JIMMY’S BOX OFFICE
A facility fee is added to each ticket purchased. Like other organizations, these fees are used to help offset the costs of operating the box office as well as continuing to improve the facility. The service fee is waived if tickets are purchased at the box office window or through the box office phone service.
AUTHORIZED RESELLERS & TICKETING SCAMS
In New Hampshire, reselling legitimate tickets is legal (even at a higher price than the face value of the ticket.) Tickets sold by resellers or brokers, including many online websites, often have substantial service fees and/or markup to the original price, resulting in prices that are significantly higher than face value. Additionally, when you purchase your tickets from anyone other than the Box Office at Jimmy’s Jazz and Blues Club, Jimmy’s Box Office cannot vouch for the seller’s credibility or the ticket’s authenticity. The most reliable way to purchase legitimate tickets at face value is to always begin your search on our website at jimmysoncongress.com and/or by calling the box office.
CAN'T MAKE THE SHOW?
Ticketmaster provides the option of reselling your ticket as a Verified Resale Ticket but only if you purchased your tickets online at Ticketmaster.com. Please note that not every event is enabled for resale.
How to resell your tickets through Ticketmaster.
1. Select Tickets to Sell
-
If you purchased tickets from Ticketmaster and the Event Organizer has enabled resale for your event, you can list your tickets from your account or enter your ticket barcode.
2. Set Your Price
-
You’re in control. Set your price using our pricing tool and see exactly how much you’ll be paid when your tickets sell.
3. Get Paid
-
When your tickets sell, you’ll get paid via your selected method of payment typically within 5–7 business days, provided we have all the necessary information.
