Rachel Huddleston, CMP, Event Sales Director
With years of experience and a passion for hospitality, Rachel Huddleston leads our events team as Director of Event Sales. Rachel spent five years coordinating events at the majestic, four-diamond Mountain View Grand Hotel. She brings seasoned expertise, creative solutions, and a calm, confident approach to every celebration.

Ella Janko, our Event Sales Manager, adds a fresh perspective, sharp attention to detail, and an energetic, people-first mindset. Together, they make planning seamless, fun, and tailored to you—from your first inquiry to the final toast.

Next-level culinary experiences are front and center at Jimmy’s. When it comes to food and drink, we are committed to “the pursuit of deliciousness” — a favorite motto of our Executive Chef, Brian Stuart. Chef Brian cultivates personal connections with the farmers and fishermen who supply the fresh local ingredients he uses to create a unique southern-influenced, New England-inspired cuisine which can be customized to you meet your personal needs and requirements.
Wired To Inspire!
Engineered with optimal acoustics, leading-edge sound, lighting and AV systems to showcase world-class jazz and blues artists, Jimmy’s is wired to inspire. Jimmy’s also offers in-house theater and projector capabilities, plus a six-camera video system for livestreaming events to other locations or recording key moments or entire functions for future viewing.
The Gallery at Jimmy’s!
Located on the first floor of Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club, The Gallery at Jimmy’s is a contemporary gallery and event space. It is filled with rotating local artwork, high ceilings, and large windows, offering a unique and inspiring backdrop for all types of celebrations.
The Spaces
At Jimmy’s we offer a variety of distinctive spaces for private events, ranging from intimate gatherings, to full-venue celebrations. Our flexible rental options include: The Library, Elle’s Balcony & Bar, or a buyout of Jimmy’s for exclusive access to the entire venue. Additionally, The Gallery at Jimmy’s, located on the first floor of the Jazz & Blues Club, is a collection of three distinct yet cohesive spaces: the W.J. Paine Room, the Goodman Room and the Atrium. With rotating local artwork displayed throughout, The Gallery brings a creative energy and visual appeal to any event. Rent the entire space for a dynamic, multi-room event, or book individual rooms to suit your gathering’s needs. This space can also be added to any Jimmy’s buyout.
