SEATING CHARTS

OUR SECTIONS & ROOMS: SEATING LAYOUT

The seating style at Jimmy’s reflects that of a restaurant layout. Every seat at each table is a reservable ticket.

For example: If there are four seats available at a table and you purchase tickets for two of those seats, then the other two seats are still available for the public to purchase.

3RD FLOOR

  • MAIN STAGE (MS)
  • CASABLANCA (CB)
  • SKY BAR (BAR)
  • LIBRARY ROOM (TL)

4TH FLOOR

  • ELLE’S MEZZANINE (EM)
  • ELLE’S BALCONY (EB)

UNDERSTANDING OUR NEW SHOW CONFIGURATIONS & TICKET OPTIONS

STANDARD RESERVED SEATING (SRS)
This configuration is designed for a fully seated, intimate concert experience. Every ticket guarantees you a specific, assigned seat for the duration of the performance, and there is no dance floor or standing room area for these shows. You will enjoy full tableside food and beverage service throughout the evening from the comfort of your reserved seat.

RESERVED TABLE SEATING (RTS)
This ticket guarantees a specific, assigned seat at a table for the evening. These tables are available in all sections except the Main Stage area. You will enjoy full tableside food and beverage service. If the music moves you, a dedicated dancing area is available on the main floor at any point during the show.

GA STANDING (SRO)
This is a Standing Room Only ticket located directly in front of the stage. There is no chair or table access, making it perfect for dancing and getting close to the action. To keep the floor clear, food service is not available in this zone; GA Standing guests are welcome to order drinks directly from the Sky Bar.

GENERAL ADMISSION (GA)
Typically used for local Monday night shows, this setup features first-come, first-served seating. We remove some rows of tables in front of the stage to open up the floor. Depending on attendance, seating may also open up on the 4th-floor balcony.

Have questions about a specific layout? Our Box Office team is always here to help you select the perfect experience for your night out.

BUYING YOUR TICKETS ONLINE

If you can’t make it to the Box Office at Jimmy’s Jazz and Blues Club to purchase tickets for an upcoming show, or our box office phone is closed, this link to our page on Ticketmaster is available to you 24/7. Jimmy’s Box Office and Ticketmaster uses the same ticketing system. You may only use one service at a time to complete a ticket purchase. Fees and charges differ based on how you order your tickets. Ticketmaster has both a service and facility fee, whereas the Box Office only charges a facility fee. All ticketing is done through Ticketmaster using digital eTickets.

PERFORMANCE TIMES & OPENING DOORS

Shows at Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club typically run for ninety minutes long. There are sometimes two 45 minute sets with a short intermission in between.

  • ONE SHOW EVENING: At Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club your seats are typically available to you 2 hours prior to the show – which is when doors open – unless otherwise specified by Jimmy’s prior to the event.
  • TWO SHOW EVENING: Doors open 30 minutes in advance and you will be able to enjoy full dinner service during the show.

TICKET REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Tickets & Fees are non-refundable and all sales are final. This includes tickets purchased through the box office, Jimmy’s phone services & online through Ticketmaster. We do not offer seat changes or upgrades. For extenuating circumstances, please call.

TICKETING FEE

TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE THROUGH TICKETMASTER.COM

A facility and service fee is added to each ticket purchased through Ticketmaster’s E-Delivery Online System. Verified Resale Tickets also have fees attached to each sale separate from the facility and service fee.

TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH JIMMY’S BOX OFFICE

A facility fee is added to each ticket purchased. Like other organizations, these fees are used to help offset the costs of operating the box office as well as continuing to improve the facility. The service fee is waived if tickets are purchased at the box office window or through the box office phone service.

AUTHORIZED RESELLERS & TICKETING SCAMS

In New Hampshire, reselling legitimate tickets is legal (even at a higher price than the face value of the ticket). Tickets sold by resellers or brokers, including many online websites, often have substantial service fees and/or markup to the original price, resulting in prices that are significantly higher than face value. Additionally, when you purchase your tickets from anyone other than the Box Office at Jimmy’s Jazz and Blues Club, Jimmy’s Box Office cannot vouch for the seller’s credibility or the ticket’s authenticity. The most reliable way to purchase legitimate tickets at face value is to always begin your search on our website at jimmysoncongress.com and/or by calling the box office.

CAN’T MAKE THE SHOW?

Ticketmaster provides the option of reselling your ticket as a Verified Resale Ticket but only if you purchased your tickets online at Ticketmaster.com. Please note that not every event is enabled for resale.

How to resell your tickets through Ticketmaster.

1. Select Tickets to Sell

If you purchased tickets from Ticketmaster and the Event Organizer has enabled resale for your event, you can list your tickets from your account or enter your ticket barcode.

2. Set Your Price

You’re in control. Set your price using our pricing tool and see exactly how much you’ll be paid when your tickets sell.

3. Get Paid

When your tickets sell, you’ll get paid via your selected method of payment typically within 5–7 business days, provided we have all the necessary information.
