Bob Dylan famously declared, “She should be nationwide.” Blending fiery Texas blues, Tex-Mex, and riff-fueled rock ‘n’ roll, the guitar heroine and soulful vocalist has performed alongside icons like Levon Helm and Buddy Guy, in addition to spending years touring as lead guitarist for blues legend John Mayall. Building on her acclaimed Alligator Records debut Tempting Fate, Wonderland’s latest album, Truth Is, produced by Dave Alvin, delivers her signature blistering fretwork, lap steel virtuosity, and deeply personal songwriting.
