JIMMY'S JAZZ & BLUES CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. Automatic Renewal: By becoming a member of Jimmy’s Jazz and Blues Club, you agree that your membership will automatically renew on the anniversary of your original enrollment date each year. 
  2. Membership Duration: Your membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase. 
  3. Membership Fees: The annual membership fee is subject to change. You will be notified of any fee changes at least 30 days prior to your renewal date. 
  4. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must contact us before your renewal date: 
  5. Payment Method: By enrolling in the membership program, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the annual membership fee on the renewal date. 
  6. Failed Payment: If the automatic renewal payment fails, we will contact you for an alternative payment method. If we do not receive payment within 30 days, your membership may be paused and or cancelled. 
  7. Benefits: Membership benefits are subject to change at the discretion of Jimmy’s Jazz and Blues Club. We will notify you of any significant changes to your membership benefits.

  9. Acceptance: By enrolling in the Jimmy’s Jazz and Blues Club Membership Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
