World-Renowned & Award-Winning Japanese Pianist and Composer KEIKO MATSUI is a stunning, profound pianist and world citizen, celebrating over 35 years of recording in the US with the release of her new album 'Euphoria' (2023). Matsui is known for her crossover mix of Smooth Jazz, Fusion, and New Age music, and was Billboard's "Contemporary Jazz Artist of the Year" in 2007. The LOS ANGELES TIMES calls Matsui, "An electrifying performer". In the late 1980s she was invited by Miles Davis to perform at the Montreux Jazz Festival. After the festival, she moved to Los Angeles and recorded her first acclaimed album, 'A Drop of Water', in 1991. In 2016, Keiko released 'Journey To The Heart', which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Contemporary Jazz Chart. Over the course of her career, she has released over 25 acclaimed studio albums and has collaborated with other world-renowned artists, including Miles Davis, Béla Fleck, Bob James, Kenny G, Dave Koz, Stevie Wonder, and numerous others.
