A list of Covid-19 Relief Funds for the Music and Restaurant Industries

Regional Resources:

New Hampshire Hospitality Employee Relief Fund: The New Hampshire Hospitality Employee Relief Fund (NHHERF) was launched by the New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association (NHLRA) and the New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association Education Foundation to support employees of the hospitality industry who have been impacted by COVID-19.

National Resources:

NIVA: Although our doors aren’t open yet, we are proud to be a member of NIVA, the National Independent Venue Association. NIVA’s mission is to preserve and nurture the ecosystem of independent live music venues and promoters throughout the United States. NIVA is currently working with Superstars and Rising Starts to ask Congress to support Independent Music Venues across the Country.

Jazz Coalition: A collective of industry professionals, musicians, and supporters, Jazz Coalition identifies needs affecting the jazz and improvised music community, and strategizes response solutions and opportunities. In this current reality of live performance hiatus due to COVID-19, Jazz Coalition launched the Commission Fund and has already provided a first round of grants to artists. Please consider becoming a member, or making a donation to this worthy cause.

The Mockingbird FoundationThe Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to music education for America’s youth. Each year, the Foundation awards grants to dozens of music education programs, and funds those grants through a combination of fundraising, publishing, and the curation of Phish.net, one of the earliest Internet fan communities. In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Foundation will use Emergency Grant funds to rapidly help protect music education in these unprecedented times beginning with $25,000. Between now and July 31st, the Foundation will match the first $25,000 in donations made by our community to give at least $75,000 total to #ProtectMusicEd!

Crew NationLive music inspires millions around the world, but the concerts we all enjoy wouldn’t be possible without the countless crew members working behind the scenes. As COVID-19 puts concerts on pause, we want to extend a helping hand to the touring and venue crews who depend on shows to make a living. Crew Nation was created to do just that.
