The Labries are opening a jazz and blues club at 135 Congress St. in downtown Portsmouth, NH, and this event — featuring Ralph Peterson and The Messenger Legacy — was to give people a taste of the extraordinary music, and fine dining, that they have in store at the new club, scheduled to open in Spring 2021.
